Tour Operations | AI Automation Systems Developer/Consultant |

Digital Content Director

With over 15 years in Japan, I design and lead educational tours, primarily for neurodivergent students and develop automation systems that help small businesses save time and operate more efficiently.

I’ve led over 50 tours, including private, school-based, and backpacker trips, for groups from around the world. My work emphasizes inclusive travel design, with a focus on sensory-friendly environments and seamless on-the-ground logistics.

As an AI Automation Systems Developer/Consultant, I build no-code workflows using tools like Make, n8n, and APIs to reduce manual tasks. I also create simple, professional websites tailored for solo entrepreneurs.

In addition, I lead digital content projects that explore social and cultural issues in Japan, sharing insights with over 35K followers on TikTok (@japanexposed) and appearing on platforms such as The Japan Times, Jubilee Media, and TV Tokyo.

Travel Agency Collaborations

I collaborate with international travel agencies to deliver tours across Japan, acting as their local expert and on-the-ground lead. These tours have included educational programs, cultural immersions, and socially conscious experiences tailored to diverse groups.

My role involves supporting itinerary design, ensuring accessibility and inclusion, and providing cultural context that helps travelers understand Japan beyond its surface. With a background in tourism product development, I work closely with agencies to create experiences that are thoughtful, well-organized, and aligned with values like sustainability and diversity.
