With over 10 years of experience working in Japan’s tourism industry as a Tour Director and Tourism Development Specialist, I have led and managed a wide range of travel programs while also supporting real estate property management for foreign residents in Japan and Zambia
 

I work across five key traveler groups, including:

• school education programs

• solo backpackers

• students relocating to Japan for study or work

• nomad families

• private tour clients, including neurodivergent travelers
   

I also lead digital content projects focused on life and social issues in Japan, reaching over 35,000 followers on TikTok (@japanexposed), with features in The Japan Times, Jubilee Media, and TV Tokyo.

What We Do 
 

Tourism Development & Tour Operations
I design and lead educational and cultural tours across Japan for students, families, and private groups, focusing on smooth logistics and meaningful experiences.
 

Student Programs & Cultural Preparation
I support international and neurodivergent students by teaching key cultural concepts like 建前 (tatemae) and 本音 (honne), helping them understand Japanese social behavior, build resilience, and adapt confidently to life in Japan.
 

Travel Experience Strategy
I assist travel organizations improve tour design, operations, and overall customer experience for international visitors.
 

Digital Content & PR (Tourism & Real Estate)
I create content for tourism and real estate campaigns and share insights on life and culture in Japan.
